Forget what I said about your image being better, it turns out derpibooru had optimised the other upload(making it smaller), so I probably should have marked this image as the dupe. Apparently with JPEG, you can save heaps of space with an unnoticable loss of quality.
Those sound like good names, put to a vote before actually tagging it in though.

I think I’m qualified and so far I’ve done a lot of tasks for my role.
He’s been doing a good job so far from what I’ve seen. Still, they might’ve banned all his accounts and he probably doesn’t even bother anymore to make more.

The images were different qualities (154 vs 336kb). The other uploader(Zitsuka) tends have slightly lower quality uploads.
What are you talking about, it’s getting bigger actually. This site gets like 1,000 new users each week (according to a mod). It’s just people don’t care as much anymore.

I don’t mean that negatively.
I think it’s hard to make up names for them.They don’t have that many distinguishing characteristics, other than being another type of pony, to rely on to name them.
