Twilight Sparkle: I know jack shit about surviving in a wasteland, so I’ll need the book. Also, I’ll need her for intellectual stimulation. Also also, Twilight is best pony.
 
Zecora: We’ll need medicine if we want to stay alive, plus she’ll be able to tell us which plants are safe to eat.
 
Rarity: Around here, the weather can be pretty bipolar, so clothes are a must for shelter. Also, Rarity is sexiest pony.
 
 
The first thing we’ll have to do is read the book. Then, get clean drinking water. This should be fairly simple; a solar still should be a good starting point.
 
Next, fire. Twilight should be able to start one with her magic.
 
Next, food. We’d probably start out hunting and gathering, but should have a garden going pretty quickly with Zecora’s help.

Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, and Zecora.  
We need a medic just in case something goes awry, so Zecora will help. Not to mention, Twilight’s knowledge can help alot especially with the unknown. Finally, Pinkie’s got the transportation so I won’t have to hoof it all the time.

Use their magnificent power to transport me to the Fallout universe.  
There, I will locate one of the Vaults and appropriate myself of a G.E.C.K, With it, I will be able to create my own little haven of justice, hope, and submachineguns.

It’s a pitch-black, fanged demon who can metamorph into different shapes! The freakish nature of the changeling could shock an enemy, at least long enough for you to put a slug in it’s brain or for the bear to rip it’s head of.

The guardian bear offers great protection and moral to the group and the tweöve rabbits can be mate to start a rabbitfarm. Rabbits is one of the more “productive” mamals on earth, so this will give you an easy and plentiful source of protein, wich will be of great shortage. Their furr can also be used to make clothes and blankets for the cold months
 
Rainbow Dash:
 
The frsh water will be a valuable accet, and seeing how she can draw rain out of clouds at will this will guarantee you’r source of water to be plentiful and clean. Also she has good morale and attitude to help fighting of raiders and looters.
 
Changeling:
 
Cause they are awesome, period. And that they are the only alicorns available, giving you both the advantage of flying and magic. That and their natural hostility will also make this a good companion in combat.

Rainbow Dash: Water is top priority, plus her flying ability will come in handy in scouting, rescuing, etc. Bonus: best pony.
 
Fluttershy: the bear can handle hunting, Fluttershy can handle wild animals, and the rabbit will handle food if the bear can’t find anything.
 
Zecora: Medicines, plus useful advices.

Twilight, RD and Pinkie:
 
Twilight provides knowledge and magical ability. Rainbow provides water and weather control.  
Pinkie provides a means of transportation to get to somewhere vaguely habitable, and parties to keep our spirits up.
 
Assuming some vegetation and crops survived the disaster, we should be fine.
