Firework: Firework is a pretty care-free Dad “You want crackers? Have the whole bag!”. He may be brash and irresponsible but he does care for his family a lot.
 
Light Show: Light Show is very much like her father Firework. She’s brash, irresponsible, and can be quite rude. She is the swearing queen and will swear whenever possible. But she does have a soft side and can be very caring and sweet when she wants to.
 
Shining Glow: Glow is very sweet, caring, and shy like his Dad Royal Splendor. He’s polite and does what he’s told. A hobby of his is making cloud bracelets and giving them to ponies.
 
Royal Splendor: Roy is a very caring and a bit of an overprotective Dad. He loves his kids and husband more than anything.

How they met:  
Firework was first introduced to Roy through his sister Paint. Paint and Royal Splendor had been best friends since they were young so Paint was bound to introduce him to her family. It was very casual at first, Roy and Paint would come to Paint’s house when Roy’s parents were away on business trips and they would do their own thing. One week, Roy’s family was away on a business trip and they dropped him off at Paint’s house. Paint happened to be sick that week so he hung out with Firework most of the time. They chatted a lot and Roy soon came to realize that he wasn’t as brash and rude as he first seemed to be. Roy saw that Firework was quite sweet when he wanted to be and that he had a soft spot. Firework also found Roy’s innocence quite cute in a way. During that week, Firework noticed that Roy’s cutie mark, or lack of cutie mark I should say, came up in conversation quite frequently. Firework would often cheer Roy up when he was feeling down about his cutie mark by giving him the confidence he was lacking. Once Paint got better, Firework and Roy didn’t hang out as much as they would have liked, but that changed on Paint’s wedding day. Turq had stood up to Paint when she was bullied at camp and from there they became good friends. Their friendship eventually blossomed into romance when Turq asked Paint on a date, to which she said yes. Now, it was their wedding day and all of their friends and family were there. Firework being Paint’s brother, and Roy being Paint’s best friend, the two both found themselves chatting again like old times at the wedding. They found themselves bonding over their similarities and kept in touch after the wedding. Soon enough, to Firework’s surprise, Roy asked him out on a date to which he said yes. The two of them dated for about 4 years before Firework popped the question. Then, they soon had their own wedding. A year after being married, they both started wanting kids. They both figured that Roy wouldn’t be the best to carry a child since he has a smaller build than average stallions so Firework was going to carry the child. About a month later, they figured out Firework was carrying twins! When the twins were born, it was love at first sight. They were named Light Show and Shining Glow
