My Hero Academia Todoroki and Bakugo custom pony figures

Todoroki and Bakugo are from anime My Hero Academia.  
Todoroki’s pony base is a generation 4 Shining Armor.  
Bakugo’s pony base is a generation 3.5 McDonalds Starsong that originally had a hard tail but I carved it off.  
Both figures were coated in white gesso to give the acrylic paints a texture to bond to. Both figures have full body repaint jobs in sunkissed peach acrylics. Faces hand-painted, paint work sealed in Artists Varnish.
 
Their manes and tails are rooted in nylon mlp dollyhair in the colors:  
Todoroki- cherry pie, vampire kiss and snowflake.  
Bakugo’s- buttercreme.  
Both their manes are styled with hair dryer and permanently hardened in hair gel method.
 
Todoroki’s outfit- Started with his navy blue layer. It is cotton and hand stitched, then his boots are white leather. Boots lined with white bias tape and detailed with light gray ribbon. Neck collar has 3 white ribbon stripes, belt is a beige belt fabric used from a real sash from one of my old clothes. Detailed in a strip of leather suede for the buckle, red bias tape, painted silver beads with silver rhinestones.  
Shoulder straps are white leather strips on top of wide red bias tape with red ribbon detail. His outfit is rather simple so he costs a little less than Bakugo.
 
Bakugo’s outfit- I stared at the references and had no clue how to dissect his details but I figured it out as I went. Started off with a full body under layer outfit cut and hand stitched from black cotton fabric. His boots are thin faux black vinyl with thick red leather soles, black and red ribbon and bias tape detail. His “knee armor” is painted buttons with some silver faux vinyl attached.  
Green straps/pockets are cut from green bias tape and hand stitched with black rhinestone detail. Some red ribbon and bias tape detail.  
Gun glove grenade gauntlets- Started off with cutting the general shape from thick black leather. Lined it with silver faux vinyl, glued tiny square painted rhinestones over top. The metallic parts have a thick leather base with flat silver aluminum wire sandwiched in layers, shaped with pliers then another layer of black leather over top. I then painted the black leather areas and did a out-layer of more thin silver faux vinyl. More painted red and green leather pieces below the gauntlets, then red and black ribbon at the tops of the gauntlets. Used a strip of red ribbon around the neck, and more painted leather with flat silver aluminum wire at the top.
 
The bizarre head wing flap flap things I first drew onto card stock, then cut the shape out on double folded transparent plastic from a pony toy package. Painted the tips with orange/red acrylics on the insides, then glued the plastic onto thick black leather then cut it all out in one piece. A couple pieces of jagged black leather flappy things added to the sides of his face.
 
He struggles to stand on his hind legs since I removed the original hard tail, so he may require some assistance with being propped against something else. Or you could tie string around him and hang him!
