A year or so after the current events of Mlp:fim, in which time both Sombra and Chrysalis were successfully brought into the custody of the Equestrian authorities, Princess Twilight Sparkle established the Villain Reformation Program. This specialized program, better known as the VRP, focuses on -coughforcingcough-encouraging previous offenders of Equestria and their allies to form friendships among the citizens, learn about other cultures so as to better understand others’ ways of life, and eventually become peaceful members of society.  
Though many of the chosen participants for the prototype class were rather reluctant at beginning, over time a few became more compliant, accepting, and even friendly towards the other students.
 
So here’s a reformed Sombra hanging out with his upperclassmen (a.k.a.senpai), Yona. I hope to further expand on the VRP students and their development, though for now we’ll just have to put up with some wholesome bonding between friends.
