Well, the piano could be explained because it’s Twilight. Maybe she uses magic to press the keys and she uses her hoof to channel the magic on a specific key. Or something.

ehh… the faces look weird as fuck, rarity’s leg is giving the impression to be in front of the one that should be in the background, how the hell does a pony play a piano, the shadowing seems a bit too stark, and fuck all of that cause I love this image.
