Scootabuse: acceptable when acknowledged as non-canon and used seriously (or for slapstick comedy, which the show has plenty of).
 
Not acceptable when used as an outlet for people who hate Scootaloo and feel the need to cause the character pain for not being what they like.

Yep, Scootalove is now canon.
 
“Scootalove” is the Brony nickname for RD and Scoots sharing a sort of sisterly/mother-daughter relationship, or RD teaching Scoots how to fly, or both.
 
RD agreed to take Scoots under her wing, and the family relationship was INCREDIBLY obviously implied by the WING HUG and NUZZLE.
 
Therefore Scootalove has happened in canon.
 
Scootabusers still have no evidence to support their theories, while the Scootalovers have CANONICAL evidence.
 
Best case senario, Scootabuse is dead and fucking buried. No tears were shed.
 
Worst case, Scootabuse is now Alternate Universe.
 
But the Scootalovers now have every right to bash in the heads of the Scootabusers, and the Scootabusers have no right to complain. :P

If you are using canon as an excuse to try to ruin someone else’s fun I have no pity or respect for you. (Even if it was something like Scootabuse which did not deserve a lot of respect.)
