More normal persona, with magic in the necklace so he can change at will.  
He went to the pony world a lot and hung out with his counterpart, and he took some of his stuff, including necklace, willingly of course not stealing, and this is why he can change in the EQG world. They didn’t swap places, but he did take take the place of his pony self in professional places and photos so his pony self could have breaks sometimes. The only visual difference between the is glasses. EQG world version needs glasses to see. So right now he’s blind as a bat, pun intended.
 
And people say red skin doesn’t work on EQG. Bullshit! Okay maybe I’m just a little bit narcissistic.
 
He’s supposed to be a principal, and this is his more normal style. Tie is real as is the necklace (not linking it as I have made it a dozen ties) the shoes are based off real ones, but they’re Green Day, so I remade them as I couldn’t find actual Clandestine shoes (that looked cool anyway) and these looked cooler anyway. Not really ‘professional’ either, but hey, he has a suit jacket on. Good enough. The shirt is real too. It’s old, so if that number ever did anything, I have no idea, but I wouldn’t recommend calling it. Just in case Gabe Saporta does answer.
