Look up “spaghetti greentext”. In short, they describe awkward moments. The stories were named after one particular story in which the OP got nervous talking to a cute cashier girl, but when he reached for his wallet, he pulled out spsaghetti for some reason. So, when you have an awkward moment, spaghetti flows out of your pockets.
