Description
Zap Apple was dreading the end of her round; she knew she needed to buck the zap apples soon or they would dissapear. She felt the electric charge in the air from the trees around her and knew that she just had barely enough time for this one last tree. But she still hadn’t figured out what to do with Kinyume, who still refused to remove the bird-nest or herself from the branches. And she couldn’t just buck them out of the tree with the apples. So she was mentally dragging her hooves even as she hurried over the hill, opening her mouth to start the same argument over again-
-the tree was empty, save for a very smug robin sitting in its nest. The apples was neatly stacked in a basket on the ground, with a magpie proudly holding a paper perched atop. As she approached, it flew up so she could read what was written on it.
“I had to go home and feed my birds, but don’t think I won’t know if you do anything to Mr. and Mrs. Scarlet’s nest. Not that you have any reason to anymore, since I picked the apples for you. Picked, as in safely bringing them down one-by-one, not kicking the poor tree to shake them all out. You’re welcome. -Kinyume”
“…well, she could have just said that she was gonna do that at tHE BEGINNING THE STUPID FEATH-!”

A quick drawing of the aftermath of >>1708847. AKA, Kinyume is a brat, who really needs to learn some communication skills aside from sticking her tongue out at people.
Looking at it now that it’s finished, I wish I’d given Zap Apple a bit more interesting pose, rather than just standing there. Well, something to think about next time.
I think I need to do proper ref-sheets on these characters, so I have something to link to. Because right now this does not make any sense if you haven’t seen my other stuff.
