“crabadonk!”
It doesn’t change the fact that they’re extorting thousands, if not millions of users with their broken pricing system though. Don’t get me wrong.
It’s not a joke. I’m looking at it on my iTouch right now. This is seriously what it looks like.
I don’t play the game so I don’t know the exact details, but I think here’s how it is. In order to complete the game, you must buy every ponies and structures in the game. Red gems are required for some of those, and you can get them through quests (each can only be done once I think) or once a day through some method. The last items and ponies cost mountain piles of gems, so to complete the game, you can either log in to the game everyday for 10 years or so, or you buy the gems with money.
OK, not that it matters to me, I don’t have the game.
No, I mean why would that change how you can buy ponies?
It doesn’t seem to make sense that the prices would change so easily.
Hmm? How would that help?
Oh, it’s where you sell stuff?
I mean, I really wouldn’t mind if they had some kind of coinage/gem exchange rate, even if it’s something ridiculous like 10,000 coins for 1 gem. At least you’d be able to complete the game without shelling out your own money.
GUH.
Why would they increase the prices!? That makes zero sense!
OMG MEGA OFFER!!!!
