On my DeviantArt page, where I have this uploaded per an agreement with her, I put the description as follows:

Yet another art piece I’ve commissioned from Ruhianna. This time, of my OC, Blazing Ending, and my friend sarah1232’s OC Strawberry Ice, together cuddling in bed in their underwear in a loving way. These two are now officially a couple, engaged to be married in the future. So, as one of the many commissions I’ve got from Ruhi, I asked her to draw this NSFW-ish, suggestive but lovey-dovey piece of these two lovers cuddling in bed and admiring each other.

Marked as moderate mature with sexual themes because suggestive and the idea of two characters in bed together usually implies some level of ‘sexual suggestiveness’ somehow.
