I’m quite shocked Rarity is no longer at the top and rates so low amongst the “top” ranking cjaracters. From seasons 1-3, Japan seemed to favor her, with Applejack in second. Luna was always the most popular secondary character, though. I presume they liked Rarity because she’s the “Oujo” of the series, and Applejack because of her ideals and philosophy and dedication to family. Also she wears a cowboy hat.

Wow. Rarity dropped hard over the years. I remember she was once at the top of one of the polls around the time of season 2 or 3. Looks like ikemen Applejack is still hanging on there at number 2, though.
