This is Satin Heart, a Fivish (native to the kingdom of Davinfae) princess. Fivish princess mares have both wings and a horn but this is pretty much cosmetic, as most are just seen as normal ponies without the extreme power and influence of an Equestrian alicorn. Fivish ponies can be seen as a distinct race from Equestrian ponies, though the ponies of Davinfae, and the other, non-equine races (Adepts, H’ruun and Safhirim) which inhabit the land all united under the ancient Kyrdan Order, trade extensively with Equestria and other realms.
 
It is highly fashionable for Fivish mares to wear ornamental perfume bulbs over their docks, in imitation of the rubber bulbs that female Safhirim have for tails.
