The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

I always find these conversations pretty neat.

For me personally, I sorta have a combined view of Zincy’s and 64’s mindset on existentialism.

And as for Jack, no one is truly right or wrong until proven otherwise. Unless he’s referring to a god of some kind, but even then it’s still an ignorant thing to say.

@BP I suppose one would be correct in that assumption. Though I’d wager we’d have it trickle down the other way, define the purpose so we can derive our morality from said purpose. One has to have a finish line, before you start the race.

I would think that morality would be a something to consider when deciding on a purpose.

To channel Hume again. Its the “is-ought fallacy”.

What is happening, and what ought to happen are two very different things.

Then explore your local town. Opportunities are abound in life once you decided to hunt for them.

But that does that make them any more “right” than an individual?

I feel like I’ve been channeling Hume sans the melancholy. He was always such a downer to study, getting depressed about his own meta-physics.
