I would imagine because she still has her dream of Wonderbolt membership. Out of all the Elements, her goal is the most concrete, as opposed to more abstract goals like “Be a good student” “Have fun and party” “Become a famous designer” “Live and die on mah farm” and… Whatever Fluttershy’s ambition is. Rainbow has a solid dream she can work towards every day. If that dream were crushed however, I imagine her flip out would make “Lesson Zero” seem like small potatoes.
