Description

The first of the five ads for Seven Days in Sunny June, Book III. In this, I wanted to give Canterlot, the story’s in-universe analog for Redding, California, a feeling of permanence. To do so, I felt like modifying images. The first was this one of the Westbound Interstate 80.Pic was modified in Photoshop; the official Federal Highway Administration lettering for signs (aka Highway Gothic) was used as well. Lyric is from Daedelus’ song “Welcome Home”.
