Heya everyone^^

Oh my God, can you tell how much I love this piece? Seriously, I love how this turned out what actually was planned to be a single black and white piece with a simple Background. I wanted to draw a picture of Spitfire in the warm summer heat and it is supposed to be some kind of tribute for yakovlev-vad and the way he draws her :D His style inspired me to work on this drawing^^

I worked with coloured pencils on an extra thick sheet of paper. I still need to get used to the structure of this paper, but it was simple to work with without worrying that it will get ripped to shreds lol

I really like how her head turned out, which has the stereotypical elements Yakovlev uses like the protruding strands of hair on her forehead or the shark tooth neclace^^ She looks cool and awesome like her personality just is in my opinion.

Too many words I still have in my mind for the description, but that’s enough for now XD I want to thank yakovlev-vad for inspiring me and drawing Spitfire more often and in such an amazing and breathtaking way. I really hope you guys like it^^
