Description
Something I started months ago and just never finished because of two things…Pixeling grass and pixeling that tree… The bird was a slight problem because of it’s size but not a huge deal..So, most have seen my pixel ponies including G2: Pixel Morning Glory and G1: Pixel Zig Zag… even one partial scene with a pony G1: Pixel SunsplasherBut this is the first time I’ve done a FULL scene of a pony with a FULL background and all! This pixel was created using a scan of one of the G2 coloring book pages (I think I got it off of MLP Arena but I’m not 100% sure any more).. anyway the page originally was… well I forgot the original size as I cannot access the web page that has the image atm… but I can tell you that the pony in this image is a little under 150px tall… which was done on purpose so I could have everything else in an easy to work with size and still keep things a bit small..The tree and grass is sub-par in how they are pixel’d but I got frustrated and said this was the final for now, but you guys get the idea… I was trying to keep much of the original shape of the page and also decided not to do a box boarder but instead make the sky and the tree kind of seem like the image was… well not sure of the right term… brush/torn… I don’t really know XD the only actual boarder pieces is part of the ground and the top of the tree…Either way I’m glad I have gotten this done.. and if pony people are wondering why I chose Snuzzle over Ivy (who was the original pony I think for this image) well I started this before the MLP Fair and when the official logo for the fair was shown (I still say the pony on that logo is Peachy but eh they are almost the same pony)Original: Will be linked when I can get to the page.. if I can…Work done by MLP G2s and Snuzzle (c) Hasbro 1980’s
