If I was Luna, I would be kinda upset too. Came back from 1000 years banishment, trying to catch up with world events, trying to make sense of all jumps in technological achievements, and demigods keep popping up every other month to embarrass your sister when you’re not around. Also, the one time you’re present while discussing a plan for a villain that you know will show up, your sister’s first option is “Let’s get Twilight to handle this” after missing the last two threats.
 
“Nightmare Night” can’t come fast enough for her.

I think Luna just isn’t sure if Twilight is up to the task of saving the Crystal Empire. Though, Twilight did save her from being Nightmare Moon, and helped her get on good terms with Ponyville.
