The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

So Groomsby was designed circa 2010,  
First came out as a toy in January 2013 (with leaked pics from 5 months before),  
Was brought to a comic in August 2013,  
And finally appeared on the show in April 2016.
 
Wow, this one sure did take his time.

He refuses to give a customer a shave and a haircut so as to avoid the obvious musical reference. Plus inflation has caused that price to no longer be economically feasible.
