Emerald decides not to tell Joyride about him taking her keys while she was drunk.
 
Instead the party continues on until they get to the city. Emerald must admit he is a little surprised. The city, while not nearly as big as Whiterwater, looks very simliar, down to the hustle and bustle and the buildings.
 
There are only two things Emerald can really point out that are different. One, the buildings have rounded tile tops instead of flat, slanted ones. There is also much more zebra writing on posters, signs, and storefronts. Secondly, there are almost nothing but zebra here, though there is the occasionally pony.
 
Ruby looks around as they walk, and seeing Emerald looking at her smiles and says, “Feels just like home, huh?”
 
The two foals follow Joyride, and she stops in front of a small Bar & Inn named the Lion’s Den. She makes reservations, and after they throw their belongings in the room she says,
 
“Okay, I’m going to go ask around to see if Loupe or Nishan came by. You guys do whatever.”
 
“Cool!” Ruby says, hopping onto a bed, “I did want to look around a bit.”
 
“Yeah, yeah…” Joyride says dismissively as she started to walk for the door.
