ak-74M gas block should be 90 degrees not 45 degrees. On ak-47M rifles gas block was 45 degrees but this was changed early on with ak-74m because 45 degree gas block caused shearing of the jacket of the 5.45x39 round used so they switched to 90 degree gas blocks. Judging by the curve of the magazine and that it is a glorious “plum” magazine this appears to be a rifle of 5.45x39 cartridge. Rifle cleaning rod is also missing. Art is still good, details of rifle are just inaccurate.
