It’s a nice effort. :) Thanks for coloring it. There are some things in general you can do with art programs. (Even free ones like SAI) that can help roughen some of the things.
 
You can use brightness and contrast settings to bring the lineart down to pitch black which helps with flat coloring.
 
You can also put colors into a layer below the lineart which helps to remove the “White edging” between the colors and the lines. :)
