My way is the best.
 
Instead of saving images on my PC i just remember them instead.
 
This way noone can accidentaly find them unless he has some sort of mind reading ability.

Pffft. Use Linux, install some tiling window manager and mod it to hell and back. Then nobody (except you) can use the computer and thus your porn is safe.

It’s not complicated. It’s what I used to do when I kept porn.  
  1. make a meaningless tree of folders  
  2. make it look like some kind of system data  
  3. at a random point deep inside insert your porn  
    -> to find your porn a person has to happen upon the right path, which is like 1 in 1000
     
    (I’m sure there are ways around it if you’re crafty. But to employ the means to get around this, you have to already be searching for it. This hides by subverting suspicion and preventing a casual search from finding anything)

Or, just use TrueCrypt to make an encrypted virtual drive. I can leave it there in the open as “myEncryptedDrive” and no one can even get into it without the pass.

Name it “Adobe Templates”  
make it hidden  
create 9 folders inside, all with six random characters as names  
in each of the nine folders create nine more folders, again with six random characters as names  
in each folder randomly make hidden two or three of the subfolders  
every once in a while put a randomly-named blank txt file in a folder, or two, or ten  
you see where i’m going with this  
now somewhere at around level 30 insert your pronz
