Well, I clicked on the link leading to the person whom she made the gift for.

I think it’s nice to think of those as a “before and after” combo.
Both are kind of fitting.
That’s how ponies’ heads are drawn when they throw their heads back and SING. Fluttershy had an exact expression like this in Staremaster. XD
Seems cartunes made this as a ‘gift’ for somebody who likes that show…
