Too bad this dupe was posted, because you have to explain the joke to people now.

(allegedly a translated foreign comic, very likely a fake)  
Gavalanche parodied it some other comics like this one >>10127 (merged) or the above one.
 
Badly written foreign comics with cut-and-paste ponies DO exist though, so the King Zebra fake wasn’t such a far cry from the real deal.

Now... fart.
Terry was a character who looked exactly like Scootaloo from a poorly written foreign comic. Rainbow Dash thinks Terry is cool but hates Scootaloo, so she “dressed up” as him by wearing a wig that looks exactly like her normal hair.
