Original description:  
Oh lord. Oh good lord. I was meaning to get this finished by the end of Halloween, but real life went “ha ha! Fuck you!” and kicked me in the balls. True story.
Everything about this image was hard. Filly Twilight crying nearly killed me, I just couldn’t bring myself to finish it sometimes. And then there’s Celestia. I’d like to say “never again”, but my next planned vector involves her again. I’d also like to say it to backgrounds… Oh god, I really dont like them now, but alas, my next vector will involve a background (and at least one more house :iconfuuuplz:). Not to mention the project I intend to pick up after the next image will feature a lot of backgroundage, but hopefully I can just cheat and use screens from the show as a reference.
The original sketch was once more provided by the wonderfully talented :iconks4u:. Please check her work out, if you haven’t already. It’s amazing, and yeah, I realize there may be some mature content, but as I said in the last image, we’re old enough and mature enough to not click on it, right? I sure hope so.
All in all, I’m really happy with how this came out, being my first Celestia image. I know that her pose looks a bit awkward, not to mention her wing is terrible (thankfully the magic effect covers most of it up), but eh.
Finally, a big thank you to :iconchromadancer: for providing the Mare in the Moon vector, seriously, it saved me a lot of time. Thank you!
I’ll be working on the final image in this series soon, but I might take a little break first.
The “My Little Pony”, “Friendship is Magic” franchises belong to Hasbro and Lauren Faust.

I want to like this pic, I really do, but I can never get into it because I feel like it’s not in-character for Celestia. I think she would be one to be passive-aggressive or do things more subtly than thunder and moon-beaming. I know it’s a joke picture but still.

Pony: H-happy Nightmare Night.

Twilight: “Err… Princess, that Pony was mean, but was it really necessary to sent him to the Moon, confiscate his entire house by royal decree, and give all the cakes and sweets in the Kitchen for me?”
 
Celestia: “One thing you have to learn Twilight, is that there will always come times when you had to make examples of others in order to make sure they play nice.” (Grins like a troll) “Now have a good Nightmare Night.”
