This is my second original character.
King Drakhetor is Harmodiuss evil twin brother.
Drakhetor was a hideous elder qilin who always wanted to be king of the Qilin Kingdom. When his brother, Harmodius, became the king instead, Drakhetor sought out to claim the throne for himself, becoming feared among some who dreaded that the evil qilin would one day try to steal the throne. His opportunity to seize the throne was given when Harmodius went free flying one day. While his brother was gone, Drakhetor took the chance to steal the throne. With the power of the throne, Drakhetor then betrayed his brother and terrorized the Qilin Kingdom by concealing it in darkness.

But to have a mane that AND a beard makes it look really stupid.
