I mean, he cares more about Fluttershy than from the rest of mane 6 how we can see in season 6 where he only reacts when Starlight said fluttershy but he didn’t react with the princess neither the rest.
 
It’s not that he doesn’t care the least about Twilight, but that he wouldn’t do what he did in season 9 for Twilight, even originally he had other motivations where Fluttershy was the main focus but since the context of “the ascension” was unconvincing and even philosophically stupid, they changed the context to the already known.

Whitley can be criticized for anything like fast-paced stories or forcing canons, but at least if you see that Discord cares rather than a Young Justice writer who practically put him in a nonsensical setting as it would be to get involved in something. that affects Twilight, a character that Discord does not care about at all, being more focused on Fluttershy, Spike and Big Mac. In addition to making an alliance with 2 people who hurt him, one for treason and another for kidnapping the person who most he cares instead of torturing them in morrisonian ways.
 
This doesn’t make sense to Discord both logically and personally, even Whitley seems like he doesn’t like those episodes that he just doesn’t want to mention it explicitly.
 
But okay, has been passed 2 years after that end, don’t make any sense to be angry for that in those days.

And then ln last problem is living in harmony with ponies and is stated to be on the friendship council…i hope i made u happy
