“Years had passes, Ember had opened up trading with the ponies. The lives of many dragons had improved, and the land of dragons was slowly dawning upon it’s golden age.  
But there was still a sadness in the dragon lord’s heart.
 
Despite being the sole ruler of all dragons, Ember could not win Spike’s heart. In desperation, she had turned to drastic measures. She had married Garble to make Spike jealous. Her plan backfired.
