Meet Terara:)
 
She is part of a music group called the Stomettes, a group of ponies made up from territories taken over by the Storm King, who then impersonated popular singers go from Equestria in order to be used as propaganda and boost morale, so other lands think they are the real deal.
 
She is based of Countess Colouratura :)
 
 
When she was born, she suffered from unfortunate circumstances that has resulted in her born not being developed, thus giving her a broken horn similar to Tempest Shadow. Her horn only allows for her to do mostly basic levels of magic, and it is a struggle for it to work right for more complex spells.
 
Despite this, she still had a chipper and positive putlppk on her life and tried to not let it get in her way. She felt sympathy for Tempest after seeing her horn, and tried to be kind to Her, even if Tempest kept ignoring her.
 
Out of the group, she is the most kind and friendly, helping her partners with problems and even helping out those under the rule of the Storm King.
 
After the fall of the Storm King, she decided to take up a job as a singing instructor, as well as keeping in contact and becoming friends with Tempest, helping her to better deal with her trauma.
