I meant in reference to “Twilight is a lion” (which happens later in the story) and how Rarity looks when she’s drinking that juice in the first panel.
Also the way they are sitting in that first panel is creepy. It’s not even Lyra-proper sitting!

You know, I feel the writing is intentionally simplistic and child like, but whoever was drawing it made Celestia’s disguise intentionally feeble as a tongue in cheek kind of thing.

Oh, this was made unironically. And that’s terrible.
I don’t know; it’s made for very young children. Stuff like that deliberately has such simple plots and flat writing because that’s the level of the audience.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is a work of comedic genius. Celestia in her obvious trench coat had me laughing for five straight minutes.
