Well, actually five if you count that one time crystal episode though that went for everypony in the Mane6.
BB is the way he is for a good reason, being bulk is his special talent. If Twilight was a fully normal pegasus she’d have the same body as her other 5 friends. Body aside, her wings are also those of a princess, not pegasus.
We have Bulk Biceps around and we’re calling Twilight’s body type not fitting for a pegasus?

No, that’s more like a hornless alicorn. Her body type isn’t the same anymore, it’s in between of the basic adult mare type and small alicorn type.
I’m not sure whether the Crystal Heart’s effects count as being a crystal pony, but she definitely hasn’t been a bat pony.
