The other Power Rangers game on the SNES has a pretty nice boss theme
Sounds a lot like a Mega Man X music.
My personal favorite is the Final Boss theme
“The Movie”
Pretty amazing and underrated soundtrack if you ask me.
The SNES as a console was home to a lot of gems.
What a coincidence! i was just listening to the Soundtrack of that game!
I can imagine the game being a 16-bit side scrolling beat’m up game where up to two players each play as a selected Pony out of the six.

Almost every great SNES game needs a Mode-7 segment. Just look at Super Castlevania 4, F-Zero, and such.
I’m not as into RPGs as I used to be, because honestly I don’t have enough time & patience for them nowadays. Grinding for EXP points can get boring & time consuming sometimes.
Still, I LOVE Chrono Trigger, EarthBound, the RPG Mario games, Lufia 2, and some others.
@Beau Skunky
Oh right they did. I completely forgot those were Mode-7.
In that case, it would have a Mode-7 segment.
@Beau Skunky
Um…..me. Because I’d get the most enjoyment out of the ponies being in that genre.
So did “Chrono Trigger,” (racing minigame) and “Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars.” (Micecart minigame.)
@Red-Supernova
Who says this is an RPG?
Final Fantasy games used it
I dunno how a SNES RPG would use Mode-7 but ok.
Nice touch using the old “K-A” ESRB rating. (Which was replaced by “E for Everyone” in 1998 for some reason.)
Oh, I see.
This is a 2007 game which was published by Atari when they were a Infrogrames subsidiary, and not a Hasbro one. Hasbro Interactive was founded in 1995 and ceased to exist in 2001…
I guess that makes the Arthur and the Minimoys game a Hasbro title too.
Yes.
It was published before Infrogrames bought Hasbro Interactive in 2001 and then renamed it Atari Interactive afterwards.
Not only Hasbro Interactive published games of their own franchises like Monopoly and Clue, but they also published many other games like Rollercoaster Tycoon, Worms 2, X-COM, Alone in the Dark and even a remake of Frogger, because Hasbro used to own MicroProse and Atari back then…
That was a hasbro project?
But they also brought us Majesty, a really innovative strategy game for its time…

Fuck yeah I have! I played one of the old versions that was new at the time though.
Fuck no, those guys killed X-COM
Have you played EquestriaBound?
Seeing that I like picturing the battles in MLP in a JRPG style, I would be all for this game being an RPG.
I’m thinking of an adventure game kinda like Zelda or a RPG like Final Fantasy, Earthbound or Super Mario RPG
