Unfortunately, it seems that doesn’t have a Wikipedia page, but considering when I searched Wikipedia I got a couple other Canadian voice actors coming up as having parts in that movie (Alessandro Juliani and Chiara Zanni), I’d be willing to bet that it was recorded in one of the Vancouver studios, even if the some/all of the other production took place elsewhere (kind of like FiM, haha).

Do you have a link to the specific article that said Brynna Drummond moved out of Canada? Because I’m not entirely convinced at this point that you (or someone else) didn’t just confuse the situation with Alexandra Carter’s. (But if there is a source to say that - that she’s out of the country and can’t record for Babs Seed anymore, then it could probably get added to her FiM Wiki article)
 
And also, if there is a source, how long ago did you see it? I mean, if it cropped up only recently, then it’s entirely possible she could’ve done her recording for season six a while back, and then later moved away (just trying to cover all possible bases here, haha)
