Both In Cold Blood and Capote were well received; the first has an 86% on Rotten Tomatoes, while the second has a 90%.
Also, the 2005 film Capote is apparently a dramatized version of Truman Capote’s interviews and notes regarding the murder within the book.
Ah. Should’be refreshed.
Ah. I could swear “In Cold Blood” was a movie or show.
Cancel that, there apparently have been film variations of In Cold Blood. I’ve never heard of them until now, though.
@HamburgerTime
Cloud Atlas has within the last year to moderate reviews, Catch-22 did I think in the 70s or 80s to moderate to positive reviews, but In Cold Blood never did. I’ve seen the two movies, and they leave out a lot of stuff from the books that make them so much more interesting.
Probably.
Haven’t those all been turned into movies?
Also, if you’re more into the philosophical stuff, The Fall by Albert Camus is a quick but amusing read.
Cloud Atlas by David Mitchell, In Cold Blood by Truman Capote, and Catch-22 by Joseph Heller should keep you going for a couple of weeks.
. . . . . . . . . . .
Anyone read any good books lately?
apparently no one can find it
