Sunset: For a while, I was afraid Cozy’s mother was right that no pony was ever going to find out the truth about what happened to me. The only living witness… was one of the perpetrators. Though even Cozy didn’t exactly see it through to the end since she was sent into the future by the unpredictable magic of my broken horn before the fateful fall and explosion that killed both me and Glitterani.
 
Twilight: Also, as much as Sunset’s death impacted Starlight’s life early on. She’s on a good path now. We don’t want to potentially ruin an almost certain promising future, in hopes of making the past better. The past is the past, it’s the future we can shape much more safely
