And now that I look again I see that her ears angle down instead of up.
All she’s really missing is the eyes and long horn.
The way Ocellus saw herself as Chrysalis as her worst fear makes me think that perhaps she’s supposed to be the next queen for the hive, and thats why Thorax picked her even though she’s shy. Would also explain why she looks differnt and all the others
