Pretty much yea. Just cause they foalsit a friends bro, look alike, & are both pegasi doesn’t mean they’re related. I mean they could be, but ur assuming cause they look like twins.  
Also flitts hair isn’t blue, it’s turquoise. Her hair even if turquoise here is more blueish than green & a bit too dark

So, let me see if I understand this. Two pegasi with strikingly similar color schemes, often seen in the same scenes with each other, usually right next to each other. And, let’s add this from the Trading Card.

So, apparently, they also both foalsit Rumble. But despite all of this, they aren’t related at all. Nope, not at all.

It’s nvr been confirmed cc & flitt are related. Ppl just ship them that way, I don’t thou. Also saying they related just bc they both pegasi who hang out together & look similar is kinda stupid. U can’t prove they related just on coloration &a being both pegasi.  
Also, do not ship anyone rlly w/ rainbow slut except Gilda or soarin. Rainbow is in so much crap she shouldn’t even be in; she ruins it 4 me usually.

If you would check the whole comic you’d see Gilda refer to them as sisters as well. You also don’t need to have the same hair colour to be sisters. They could be double egged twins, or we’re only seeing the fenotype of one sister.
