You’d be surprised, but those exist. Interlocking hilt lightsabers can have flexible connection instead of a rigid one, ergo they can be lightchucks instead of regular run-of-the-mill double-bladed lightsabers.

What we really need is more Jedis using the force to throw and retract their lightsabers. That would be kind’ve cool, seeing those two powers work more in tandem.

I think General Grievous wielded four of them at once.
So logically, we only have a few more variations left before someone thinks “what if we just wrapped a bunch of lightsabers together, and formed some sort of… I dunno, laser… comb? We haven’t done that yet.”
