Yeah the rate that the mane and tail move at is kinda bumpy. Some times it moves slowly then suddenly speeds up and vise versa. But since those pieces are kinda background and the frames are smooth, they aren’t really that distracting.

Nice animation. Just one thing: her cutie mark looks like it is sticking out a little bit from her flank.

Likely because it looks more like Season 1 Luna’s mane, rather than the Luna of later seasons. Makes sense, if you ask me, since she looks younger in this shot.

I’d see a fully grown Luna being like this. It would match her Nightmare Moon appearance if we consider NMM to be her adult form. And that her current form isn’t adult of course.
