Same with Daring Do, she’s her own character and the episode has its own plot.If you don’t like anime, or even if you do, this anime reference just seems cheap and forced. Same with the hoers mask. It just speaks of the writers’ thought process being “hey, X and Y seem really popular with bronies, let’s put that in our episode!”.The time for those kinds of references was in Slice of Life.
