The only part where the machine translation completely failed was Schuppenschwanz. A Schuppe is a scale, a Schuppen is a shed. A Schuppenschwanz is a scaly tail, not a tail shed :) So the second sentence should be:
 
Full of expectation, he wags his huge scaly tail.

Machine translation:
 
As the ponies reach Fluttershy’s house, the dragon is still sitting in the same place. Full of expectation, he wags his tail huge shed. He brings trees and houses to the quake. Excitedly the ponies rush into the house.
 
Relieved, they discover Fluttershy. “I have not left the house out of fear all day. At the picnic and the buttercups salad I have not even thought of. I’m so sorry, excuse me!”, stammers Fluttershy embarrassed.  
“Oh, poor Fluttershy! We’ve really should never leave her alone!”, acknowledges Twilight Sparkle.
