Yes! I just draw the lines for other people to color once a week or so because I help (I guess the word is) tutor so I do these. Why do you ask?
Just in case you aren’t sure on lines, I made a quick and messy color guide so you’ll know if something is, say a piece of hair, instead of negative space. It’s not a suggested palette. Also it includes the cutie mark I drew so you could color it the same color if you wish to do so:
