Though many a wizard and warlock have attempted to play with the fabric of life, for good or for ill, none have come close to the secrets that have been unlocked by the mystical Zebras. Their deep understanding of nature itself eventually led to a forbidden link between the living and the dead, and their curiosities would develop spells that would manipulate the state of being for themselves or others. These secrets are to be kept close, as they are not yet ready for the desperate eyes and wicked hearts that lurk in Equestria. The Zebras know there is a terrible price to pay for toying with the tools to shape the living and the dead, one that will follow them to their afterlives.
