Except the noise being portrayed here doesn’t exactly sound like motorboating. I’ve motorboated. Flabs of skin don’t usually go BBVVRMM!! unless you’re making a raspberry into them. Plus, Derpy’s cheeks appear to be holding in air. She’s definitely motorbutting (heh), mind, but it also appears that she’s blowing in air. Which is really dangerous and results in almost certain death.
I seriously doubt that anyone’s going to look at this image and say “gee, I’m gonna go blow air into my girlfriend’s vagina now”, but the more you know. It’s called air embolism. You can read about here. While it’s certainly rare, you really don’t want to risk it.

Not to kill the mood but blowing directly into a vagina is an extremely bad idea and you should never ever in any context do it ever. The results can be disastrous.
