I hope you realize that you are doing exactly the same. In fact, most comments in here are fine and not all that different from what I see on many other shipping pics, or harmless overall. If anyone does start shit, yes, we will take immediate action, but as of right now, you’re the only one who’s trying to start something. Report comments you find rule-breaking and we will make the decision, not you.

Any ship is subject to this kind of treatment, even the one you named, and others I will not name. We will handle rule breaking comments as they came, that is not your department or judge as to what is right and what is wrong or to generalize. You’re not doing any better.

And the scale of trolling from people purposely rubbing it in is unprecedented. Only with flashlights do you see such behaviour.  
Plenty of people like Sparity, plenty of people hate Sparity. And yet, you never see the Sparity shippers willingly bait others by saying things like “Remember when Rarity kissed Spike? They were basically fucking in the show, woohoo”.  
And let’s not be naive now. Most of the people who “support” flaslight and shout “OTP OTP”, “can’t wait for them to have babies in the show” are NOT genuine fans of flashlight. They are internet trolls, most likely young ones, who have chosen flashlight as their weapon because they know there is so much opposition to that ship. When they glorify flashlight, they are not expressing their love for the ship, but are trying to start a war by shit posting. Want proof? Simple, look at other ship pics. Nowhere is there such an agressive “in your face” attitude of the shippers, only with flashlight. Therefore, ulterior motives are at play.  
It’s high time that these bait shitposts are handled. Site rules are clearly being violated

Probably because enough people legitimately enjoy it enough that people who take being reminded of it as a personal offense don’t affect their lifestyle. I mean, I didn’t give a rats ass if someone threw a fit at seeing my pony avatar in the summer of ‘11, so I won’t let someone not liking this ship I like now bother me none.

you don’t see people antagonizing the twilicorn haters by constantly going “see that? she has wings! haha wings!! suck it haters”. whereas every flashlight pic has trolls trying to start flamewars by going “oh yes, the OTP was almost fucking in the movie”.  
This is not a matter of ignoring or not, I think this is a real violation of the rules. Those trolls are shitposting, and that should be tackled by the mods.

No other pics have all these “up yours, people with other opinions” posts.  
Why do the mods not act on this?
