this was me, I derped.
I don’t care much for ‘human’ dolls, so I enjoy EQG and Monster High for being non-humans, but still ‘pretty’, cute, and with nice hair and clothes. I just display them, so I’m perfectly happy.
Funny enough, I never was too much of a doll person in general, but the EqG dolls grew on me. I always liked typical “boy toys” more. I mean, Barbie was pretty, but did she shoot missiles?

Obviously, because I’m sure Hasbro would’ve torched the EqG franchise to the ground if it had failed. I’m talking more on a fandom level — most comments I see regarding the dolls from other bronies go from indifference to “burn the abominations to the ground!”
I love the dolls, and other fashion dolls in general, I have zero hate at all and I love collecting them.
I usually only post with my name when doing site assistant stuff, but I wanna show that I’m not a faceless anon with an opinion. c:
Plenty of people like the dolls; that’s why they sell so well.
Another fun fact: the rainbow-lightning bolt guitar in the title card of “Guitar Centered” is the same as a guitar that came with one of the various RR Rainbow Dash dolls.
I sometimes feel I’m the only one who likes the dolls. Especially from the Rocking Hairstyles line onward, they’ve really improved.
Could be sweet or completely unnecessary.
