Well, it’s cos it rains a lot over here. I mean, this whole Summer, we had one week without rain and we were amazed. On sunny days, it’ll rain for a bit at random times for a little bit because why not, I guess. Most days of the year are overcast.
So, you don’t see many people walking around in shorts or tank tops here, generally, except MAYBE for that one week of Summer when it doesn’t rain.
